Lt. Col. Sanjivan Kumar (Retd.)
Lt. Col. Sanjivan Kumar (Retd.) is the co-founder and partner of Euro India Connect. Sanjivan is an army veteran of over two decades having rich experience of various field and leadership assignments across the length and breadth of the country in most difficult terrains and challenging situations. Sanjivan is an expert in operational logistics with core competencies in effecting change management and executing paradigm shift in the approach and best practices for optimum resource utilization and outcomes. Sanjivan has managed large transport fleets to bulk oil and food installations and ensured that adoption and implementation of industry best practices. He has vast expertise in the functions of supply chain management including planning, forecasting, procurement and financial management of goods and services.
He was amongst the first to ensure ISO HACCP certifications for food safety and introduction of ozonisation and automation of food handling processes in Kolkata, India. He has dealt in B2B and B2C functions. Sanjivan is an HR specialist having managed the function for over two decades. He is successfully operating a Security Agency providing skilled manpower for security functions to public sector units in India thought an arrangement with the Government of India.
Sanjivan is a keen learner and is an alumnus of the prestigious National Defence Academy, Pune. He holds a Bachelor’s in Science Degree from JNU, Delhi and is also a Silver medalist in MBA from ICFAI University, Dehradun, India. He is a systems analyst and programmer and holds a Diploma in Logistics and Resource Management.
Shavikesh Goel
Shavikesh Goel is the co-founder of Euro India Connect. Shavikesh is an experienced Management Consulting and Executive Search professional, with a career spanning over 24 years, during which he has serviced clients on a variety of projects in attracting leadership talent and providing solutions across functions and industries in both - manufacturing and services sectors.
Shavikesh has worked across functions and industries in leadership roles. He served as the India Managing Director for a renowned German Executive Search firm, where he turned around the loss-making business. He also worked at a German Business Consulting company where he provided Business Management, Recruitment and Turnkey Project Management services for India market entry of European and American companies. Shavikesh is also the founder of an HR technology company which uses Artificial Intelligence to provide skill match & skill development services to corporate clients.
Starting his career as a Management Trainee at the largest textiles conglomerate in India, Shavikesh gradually gained exposure across all the functions of the business while working with the President & Executive Director, and later moved into Product and Business Management. He also had a stint at an HR consulting company specialising in Business Consulting, HR & OD Consulting and Corporate Training.
Shavikesh has an MBA in Marketing & HRM from the University of Jammu, India and a Bachelor's in Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Bangalore University, India.
Archana Sharma
Archana Sharma is the co-founder of Euro India Connect. Archana is an educator with over two decades of experience in educating learners in multiple schools all over the country. Archana has been instrumental in transforming the life of learners with her dedication and personalised innovative practices. Archana has a vast experience in educating learners of multiple ethnicities in Science and English for primary and middle level students in different national education boards like CBSE and ICSE. Archana has handled various positions of leadership during her career including Coordinator, Head of The Department and leading the Co Scholastic clubs like Kids for Tiger. She has also handled the responsibilities of Foire and hospitality management and has been responsible for revamping of the Environmental Sciences Department.
She has been awarded the best teacher award in 2019 and played a lead role to help transform, train, and organize her department to migrate to teaching through the online platform during the pandemic.
Archana has a large body of certifications in pedagogy, digital learning, special education, training, and development of scientific temper, engaged classrooms and many others. Archana is a certified Nursery Teacher Trainer and holds a Bachelor’s in science from Jodhpur University. She has completed her Master’s in Education from Jammu University and Diploma in International Education from Birmingham City University, UK. She has completed her TEFL course from Ontario University, Canada and has now commenced her journey as an entrepreneur in Education.
Arpana
Arpana is the co-founder of Euro India Connect. She is an educator with over 20 years of experience in educating primary and secondary school students across various cities in India. Starting her career with teaching in leading schools, Arpana moved to full time entrepreneurship and started her own tutorial practice, offering personalised coaching for primary and secondary school students. Using innovative teaching approaches, Arpana has been educating students for the last over 15 years through her tutorial.
Arpana has led several school cultural committees for organising different events and has also actively participated in these events. A lifelong learner, she quickly self-taught and adapted to the online mode of imparting education during the Covid pandemic.
Arpana has a Bachelor’s degree in Science from GNDU, Amritsar, India and a Master’s degree in education from Jammu University, India. She is also a trained early educator and has a certificate in Enhancing Early Education from The Shriram Schools, India.
Arpana is passionate about education and teaching and is now taking her entrepreneurial journey forward with Euro India Connect by utilising her experience to Europe.

Starting his academic career as a visiting faculty of Finance at The ICFAI University in 2003, he became the Program Head, Management after successful completion of 15 years, responsible for various positions (Examination Controller IBS, Head Student Record Department, The ICFAI University). In the year 2019, he joined the Shivalik College of Engineering as Dean Management, where he helped to improve the Management Department and supervised the institution's marketing activities. Currently, he is associated with JBIT Group of Institutions as Dean, Management.
